A great hit with the holiday crowd. Looks festive, and tastes delicious. The fruits blend well together. I recommend using cherry preserves.

Irish Cream Truffle Fudge

Delicious. I've made this twice and got rave reviews both times. I couldn't find lady fingers so I used pound cake coated with a liberal amount of kaluah. It's nice to have a recipe that doesn't involve raw eggs. Thank you!

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

Fantastic base! I added a dash of garlic salt, pepper, oregano and basil, added it to pasta with lemon pepper shrimp and it was delicious. This recipe really allows me to play around and make the dish my own. My thanks to you.
