This was good, though I'm not convinced it's the best black bean soup recipe. I used two cloves of garlic instead of one, only 3 cups of broth (might cut it down more next time), zucchini, green pepper, and added 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce. I might come back to this, but I'll try some other recipes first.
