Southern Grilled Barbecued Ribs

These were the best ribs I ever made! Plenty of sauce too! I did cook these entirely in the oven since it's been like 9 degrees here in Buffalo but they were so darn good I never missed the grill flavor. I can only imagine how much better these will be in the warmer months when I can stand outside & grill. Thank you for an outstanding recipe!

Broccoli Casserole

Awesome side dish! I did use fresh broccoli instead of frozen since I had it & real cheddar cheese & used 1 cream of mushroom & 1 cream of chicken soup and also used leftover cooked cheddar rice I had on hand. Everyone loved it! I'll make this again & again for sure. Thank you :>)

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

This is the best caramel corn I ever made! Everyone went nuts for it! Thank you for such a great recipe! It was so good that my daughter and I were eating it off the floor every time I stirred it and some fell out. Next time I'm making it in a huge turkey roaster!!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

We loved this recipe. Your going to need the biggest bowl in your cupboard because this makes a lot! I used a standard bread loaf pan and also 3 mini loaf pans which took 10 minutes less to bake. I only had 4 large bananas on hand and that was plenty for flavor. I also used dark chocolate chips since I was out of milk chocolate. Still excellent...there's something about the combination of bananas and chocolate that will make everyone want seconds. I imagine this would freeze well as well. Nice way to use those overripe bananas rather than toss them!

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Excellent! I flipped mine over half way through cooking so they were nicely browned on both sides. Also helps to pound the breast out, especially if they're large so they cook more evenly and are tender. I also sprinkled the breasts with a seasoning blend before breading. This ones a keeper!

Smothered Chicken Breasts

I made this for the kids (all grown & visiting) and everyone loved it! Very different spin on Chicken to say the least. The caramelized onions & bacon were great flavor sensations. Next time I would increase the amount of onions so they are really smothered!

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II

Excellent change of pace in cooking pork chops. I browned the chops in a little olive oil before putting in the crockpot and also increased the chicken broth by a cup. Served with garlic mashed potato's! Excellent meal!

Chocolate Zucchini Cookies

Loved these! I added about 3/4 cup of chocolate chips and used about 2 cups zucchini (squeezed dry) & they are excellent. This is a soft cookie but tastes delicious!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Made this today & it was a big hit. I do agree with another reviewer that a 16 oz tub of whipped cream is too much. I used a 8oz and filled 2 crusts with no problem. Remember to leave it in the freezer though...we transported it and left it out too long and it was somewhat runny but delicious all the same. I used a graham cracker crust for one & a chocolate for the other but next time I'll try the Nutter Butter! Thanks for a easy, no fuss dessert!

Calico Bean Casserole

I've made this recipe 3 times already and every bit is always gone. You really can't mess up this recipe & its so easy to substitute the ingredients. Great as a side dish or main meal with salads & bread & butter. I always prefry the bacon separate so its not soggy. A real crowd pleaser :>)

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Excellent & the best part is you can control the heat! I used chopped fresh jalapenos & green chilis and boy was it hot!!! Tasty but hot! I used the left overs in my bean burritos in place of sour cream and it was sooo good! I would make this again :>)

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts
