Soft Oatmeal Cookies

After reading the reviews I reduced both sugars by about 2 tbs each and added choc chips and coconut. These were fantastic!

Banana Crumb Muffins

I made a double batch and added huckleberries since I had some to use up. without them it would have been a little sweet for me, but giving 5 stars since this is still the best recipe for banana bread I've come across.

Thai Red Chicken Curry

Let me start by saying I made the changes mentioned in the reviews. I added sesame oil, 3 cloves of garlic and about 1/2 tsp of fresh ginger. I also added whatever veggies were in the fridge, but omitted the carrots and bell peppers as some family members cannot have them. A healthy sprinkling of sea salt and black pepper and this was great!

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

This was so good. I followed the recipe almost exactly. I forgot to remove the tinfoil at the end though. My whole family loved this.

My Mother-in-Law's Cheese Sauce...ssshh Don't Tell Her

I used a mix of cheddar and monterey jack for this. It was the easiest cheese sauce I have made. The milk did take a very long time to reduce. I split the recipe in half and will have enough left over to smother some veggies tomorrow.
