Bean Soup With Kale
This soup is the bomb!! It's so flavorful and filling. I do make a few modifications though. I use three cans of white beans: Cannellini, Navy and Great White Northern Beans. I also add cut carrots, two cups of cooked brown rice and extra broth. It freezes really well and is definitely a new favorite on my rotation!
