This recipe was quick,easy and tasty. I used it as an alternative to a "heavy" pasta dish. My husband really liked it, and he usually doesn't touch any pasta unless it is covered in a red sauce! I liked the kick the red pepper flakes gave to the dish. Overall, I found it a good recipe!

I thought this was very good and easy to make - very filling! I added some left over chicken breast, but it wasn't necessary. I omitted the peppers (don't care for them) and added salsa. My husband loved it too, and he is a picky eater!!! Will keep this one in the rotation!
