Indian Chicken Curry (Murgh Kari)
This recipe is fantastic! Even my picky 15-year-old loved it! Just a slight variation: I cut the chicken up into one inch pieces and added the lemon juice in step 3. I also used bunnyb's garam marsala recipe(see reviews). Great with a Taj Mahal beer!

Chickpea Salad II
I am not much of a chickpea salad lover although I do like hummus. However, I found this recipe delightful. The flavors blended nicely and our company enjoyed it as well.

Oven-Dried Beef Jerky
This jerky turn out great! I did crack the oven door and kept an eye on it and I ended up baking it for the full 5 hrs at 200 degrees. Oven temperatures vary, however so when trying this recipe for the first time you might want to watch it so it doesn't dry out too much.
