Oven-Dried Beef Jerky
This jerky turn out great! I did crack the oven door and kept an eye on it and I ended up baking it for the full 5 hrs at 200 degrees. Oven temperatures vary, however so when trying this recipe for the first time you might want to watch it so it doesn't dry out too much.
