Full time mom, full time employee, full time wife = no time to cook!!! I love to cook pasta dishes and steak!! My mother always had a "special" meal on Saturdays. We would go to the store and shop for the meal, spend hours cooking it, and actually use the dining room to eat. I hope to do that with my son when he is a little older.
