I baked this is a water bath. I added 1 tsp orange extract to the white batter. I could only manage 1/4 tsp orange zest because I had to use a cheese grater. I added the orange flavorings to the white batter only, so there would be a contrast in the swirled flavors. Cooled in a turned-off oven, then completely on a rack. Chilled overnight. I scored the top for portion control.Garnished with sweetened whipped cream, chocolate filigree, and an orange twist.
