I am a father of two. My kids and I are always on the go. We love to camp, boat, fish, ride 4 wheelers ect. That includes eating good food no matter where we are, the beach, mountains or on the back deck. We love good food!
My favorite things to cook
I love to grill... anything! From hotdogs to ribs, if it can be cooked on a grill, ill try it. Also anything for breakfast, which happens to be my favorite meal of the day.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Huge meals at holidays that usually contain one or more dishs that have that certain "Ervin" flair! (this usually consist of a normal dish that has been adjusted in one way or another to become the unusual):)
My cooking triumphs
BBQ, whole hog on the cooker (my specialty), ribs on the grill and Beer can chickens. And breakfast :)
My cooking tragedies
Anything that i cook and try to "spice it up" a little... according to my kids. They like it on the mild side. LOL
