Baked Pesto Chicken

I did not use the tomatoes and since I did not have mozzarella at the house I used what I had (cheese mix) and added some parm. It turned out great.

Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin

I added extra garlic and some brown sugar and cooked it in the slow cooker. Very moist and tasted fantastic

As recommended I used ketchup for the tomato sauce and added some sherry.
