Banana Pancakes I
These pancakes were delicious. I used half whole wheat flour half white for a healthier version. I used brown sugar instead of white, skim milk, and egg white. I omitted the oil. That took care of the mushiness on the inside the bananas makes them soft enough without extra oil. They were great!
