Very, very yummy! Everyone at my day-two thanksgiving party really enjoyed it and went back for seconds. The only thing I did differently is cook the onions first. thanks for the great recipe, I'll be using this one every year.

Baked Potato Soup

This was so so yummy! Even my picky husband liked it and ate it all up. Even better the next day as leftovers. The only change I made was omitting the basil as I don't like it. Putting this one in the recipe book.

Ham and Chicken Casserole

Very good! the only thing I omitted was the olives (just because I didn't have any). I will definitely make this again. I do recommend cooking the peppers ahead of time because they were still hard when the casserole was done.

Strawberry Refrigerator Cake

I thought it was okay. I couldn't get the puree to soak into the cake so it just sat on top and made the cake really mushy.

this was a pretty good recipe...I tend to like sauces with my chicken so maybe that is why I'm only giving it a 3. Still very tasteful though.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This was so, so, so yummy! My husband is a very picky eater and I usually get the "it's okay" when I make a new recipe. But, for this one he actually said he liked it A LOT. Thank you for the awesome recipe...it's going in the old recipe book :)

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

This dish was very yummy!! And even my fussy husband liked it. I doubled the gravy as others recommended and that worked out really well with my mashed potatoes. This one is a keeper!
