Pecan Cardamom Bar Cookies
These were really good, if you like the flavor of cardamom. I also used more pecans (3/4 cup). My only problem was spreading the dough. I finally covered it with plastic wrap and pressed until it covered the pan then removed the plastic. Really good.

Campbell's(R) Easy Skillet Pork Chops
This was so easy to prepare. I used about a half cup of water and followed the recipe exactly because I was in a hurry. My husband and I thought it was good but when I make it again I will brown some onions add a little garlic and try using mushroom soup.

Swiss Chard with Pinto Beans and Goat Cheese
Perhaps I shouldn't review this because I altered the recipe. I didn't have a lime, and instead of using a small tomato I used a can of whole tomatoes crushed and let it simmer until most of the juice was gone. I really LOVED it! I will make as directed next time.
