I have done a few different types of work. My favorite was my own catering business that I had for ten years. There is nothing more rewarding to me than people enjoying the food I had prepared. Recipes that have a little bit of challenge to them. I also like recipes that you don't have to go on a long mission to find the ingredients. Holiday Meals - although usually pretty traditional, sometimes they are the best.
