No Bake Bumpy Peanut Butter Nuggets
I LOVE these! I use honey instead of apple juice concentrate. To save time, I put the mix in a pan and cut into squares instead of rolling them into balls.

Shortcut Chicken Manicotti
Great recipe! My whole family loved it and didn't complain about the "green stuff". I think I might try jumbo shells instead of manicotti shells though because manicotti shells take FOREVER to stuff.

Little Mickey's Favorite Cheesecake
It's the first time I haven't had a cheesecake crack on the top! Only thing I would change is NO cinnamon in the crust, it ruined the whole peanut butter flavor, very moist and tasty other than that.
