Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken
Yummy! Both me and my husband loved this. Tastes just like the honey garlic sauce I used to buy from a jar! I used skinless/boneless chicken thighs, skipped the marinating cause they are so thin and just cooked at 350 for 25 minutes. YUM!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
These went over really well with my family. I personally feel that they were even better the next day! I used a mini muffin pan, and cooked for 8 minutes. Next time I'm going to cook for 10 minutes as the bottoms were a little chewy. Made about 48 cookies. Also substituted some of the peanut butter cups for mini butterfingers and they were just as yummy!

Corny Ham and Potato Scallop
My family wouldn't eat it. It had a weird smell, which I'm guessing was from the canned soup cooking all day??
