I absolutely loved this! I made a few changes. Instead of the chili seasoning I used Fajita seasoning. I also did not have ranch. So I eliminated it altogether. My husband loved it anyways and told me to keep the recipe as I made it. We grilled our steak on the bbq and It gave it a nice carmalized coating! Delicious!!!

This recipe was okay for me! It wasn't the best I have ever ate. I added relish because I think all potato salads need pickles. I did not put the celery in there because I was out but if I had I might have liked it a little better! It did need the crunchiness!

This was good, but I will be adding more meat and some green chiles( I am from New Mexico!!haha) next time! It was also stuck to the pan really bad! It took me 2 days to get it clean. I think I will try Pam next time to make sure I don't have the same problem!
