Three Cheese Manicotti II
It was so GOOD! I had to add my own personal touch to it. I browned italian sausage and ground meat drained added fresh mushrooms, lots of garlic, and onion (brown it to). Threw in a can of italian diced tomatoes and a cup of white wine. I added chilepowder, italian seasoning, basil, oregeno, and parsley. Oh and a few cans of tomato sauce too. I took half of the meat mixture kinda strained it and mixed it with the cheese mixture. For the cheese mixture I used the bag of italian blend, added ricotta, and fresh parmesan. I then poured the sauce over the manicotti and baked it long enough for the egg to be cooked. It was so good my hubby can't wait for left overs. I think next time I will add spinach.
