Chocolate Scotcheroos

Very good. I made them with Special K (personal preference). A little to sweet and a little too much butterscotch for my taste. But still good.

So GOOD! I'm not a huge mint person but I was making this for my friend's birthday (she is obsessed with mint choc chip ice cream) and I found myself eating spoonfuls of the mint filling. So fluffy and just the right amount of mint. As a whole..awesome.

Rich Chocolate Frosting

PHENOMENAL! I made a cake and used the filling recipe from "chocolate mousse cake" on this site. It was awful..so I made this and used it as the frosting. It saved the cake!!

Chocolate Mousse Cake IV

tasted like pudding..i mean it tasted good but it just wasnt a good mousse/filling/frosting. i made a different frosting from this site to top which was phenomenal. ill stick with that one.

Chocolate Caramel Cookies

I make a slight variation of these from a recipe I found in one of those Pilsburry Bake-Off books. My neighbor came over and tried one and said it was the best thing he'd ever tasted! Freeze the rolos first so they don't melt in the oven. Also, these are best the day of or day after baking..after that the caramel blends with the rest of the cookie and they're not quite as good.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

THESE ARE THE BEST! I make them with M&Ms and my friends can't get enough! They always beg for them. I make them exactly as the recipe says (except with M&Ms..just a personal preference) and they are a hit every time.

Key Lime Pie VII

Just got back from the keys and I had the best key lime pie at a little restaurant. I was inspired to try my own..and this was better! I made it with Graham Cracker Crust I and it was phenomenal! Didn't have the lime rind and it was still amazing.
