Seriously, this is an AWESOME cake! I had an angel food pan for years and was intimidated by all the egg whites. My first one turned out perfect and will definitely use again! Much better than store bought any day! Thanks!!!

Blackened Salmon Fillets
Great recipe! I use these spices for Blackened Shrimp 'n Grits too! My husband loves this. I also omit the butter and just use a non-stick pan with a small amount of Saffron oil. Simply delicious and couldn't be easier.

Easy Pancakes
I was looking for an easy, basic pancake recipe and this is it! I adjusted the baking powder and salt as suggested by other reviewers and it worked perfectly. The only other change I made was to substitute vanilla sugar in the same amount. This recipe made 8 - 4in. cakes and I'll definitely use again. Thanks!
