White Bean Chicken Chili
I changed this up a little by- boiling and shredding my chicken, adding bell pepper in with the onion and garlic, adding two small cans of salsa verde in place of the tomatillos as stated earlier, one can of Del Monte diced tomatoes with chilis and one can of mild Rotel rather than just regular diced tomatoes, and a small can of corn in place of the fresh. Everything I else I did as the recipe calls for. This chili was delicious!!! We ate it topped with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream. I will defintely make aqain!!
