this is a great recipe.. i dont kno if this happened to anyone but after i blended it i put it into a tall glass it formed a froth on top like a capuccino. Great tasting. thanks

Melt In Your Mouth Blueberry Cake
WOW!!! This cake was delicious, is so moisdt and tender and ummmmmm... For personal preference i added 1/4 cup of coconut cream, I just love the blueberry coconot combo, would recommended. Intead of vanilla extract i used almond extract, again personal preference.. What a great recipe,thanks IRENE

Avocado and Tuna Tapas
i love these!!! My hubby doesn't like tuna so i cooked some chicken breast and shredded it, used it instead of tuna... Delicious, I did add some lemon, but other than that followed the recipe.. Thanks for a great recipe
