Garbage Soup
Very easy to throw together. I used the recipe as an outline and just threw a can of diced tomatoes, a lb of meat, some corn, red beans, carrots, and green beans, as well as onion, celery and green pepper into the pot, covered with water, and simmered for over 1hr. Turned out very good. Don't need the broth if you don't have it.

Creamy Cheesecake
It is a very good cheesecake - thick and creamy, but it wasn't anything spectacular for me. My husband rated it a 4-star. I baked it for the 25min, but then left in my oven as the oven cooled for about 30min and it came out perfectly cooked.

Ramen Noodle Stir-Fry
Very quick and easy to prepare. I added celery and carrots, which was very good, and used the seasoning packet from the raman. I'm not sure if the tomatoes really work with it or not, but they add an interesting flavor.
