This recipe is ver simple and delicious. This was my first time cooking w quinoa and I can't wait to do more. I did add mushrooms and zuchini, minus the corn and I added 1/2 jalpeno to the onions and garlic. Sooo good.

This cake is so easy and so wonderful. Sorry, I hate when people don't follow the recipe and still review it, but I did, I just changed the flavor. My sister loves lemon cake, so for her birthday I made this with lemon cake, lemon sorbet and coconut gelato, and I made a cream cheese lemon icing over the top. Everyone wanted to know where I got it. The best part is that it looks like it must've been impossible to do, but it was so easy. I can't wait to make it chocolate. Thanks.
