Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Thanks for this recipe! my husband couldn't stop saying "mmmm...yum...mmm...", it was delightful to watch. I browned the chicken in butter-olive oil, put it in 350F oven for 10minutes and finished it in the wine sauce. I am definitely making this again!

Banana Crumb Muffins
I made this without any changes, but mine turned out with soapy taste. It wasn't all bitter, just with some bites. I have read that this is caused by the baking soda/powder reaction. Perhaps it's too much? It puzzles me how nobody else seems to have had this problem. But they sure looked perfect!
