The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
I'm not sure if I would call these the "best" rolled sugar cookies, but they were very good! A big hit with the church dinner I made them for. While rolling the cookies, make sure you keep the unrolled dough in the fridge until you are ready to use it.

Sugar Cookie Frosting
Maybe because I used butter instead of the shortening (like others), but this recipe did not turn out for me at all! Appeared very runny, and even after beating 5 minutes it was still a runny gloppy mess. Because I was pressed for time, I sent my husband to the store and buy the canned frosting. My personal opinion is that 5 tablespoons of milk is way too much...maybe it should be 5 TEAspoons?

Graham Cracker Muffins
Very tasty! I didn't have whole milk, so used the 1% that I did have. Still very good! A nice low fat muffin, with only 3 Weight Watcher points! Even my picky husband, who won't look at anything if it isn't chocolate, ate them up! A keeper for me.
