Szechuan Beef

Very good recipe, like others, i added more red pepper to spice it up a bit and added green and red fresh peppers for color and extra flavor.

Greek Penne and Chicken

2-Step Garlic Pork Chops

Very good taste and simple dish to prepare. The kids loved it, I did add a dash more garlic than the original recipe called for.

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage

Nice dish, really heavy. I diverted from the recipe a bit; I used hot italian sausage rather than mild, and more tomato sauce and paste (2x's) as much as the recipe called for. Without it the paste w/h been a bit dry. The white wine gave it a nice flare!
