I am married to the most wonderful man God could ever bless me with!!! Chicken Pot Pie, Panna al Amy Chicken Pot Pie Learning my first authentic Sicilian dish -- Panna al Pistachio. Recently my husband and I decided to make homemade chocolate chip cookies. Since I am allergic to eggs, my husband has to handle most of the baking in the house. He mis-read the cookie directions and added 1 Tbsp of salt and 1 Tbsp of baking soda instead of 1 tsp of each. Needless to say, the batter turned out extremely salty and I had to run back to the store and get more butter and more chocolate chips. My husband and I got a good laugh out of the whole thing and the second batch was the charm. They were delicious.
