Lemon Sugar Tea Cookies
I used Lemon juice, and I used a little more than 1 teaspoon, like maybe 1 teaspoonn and 1/4 or so. I ran out of regular flour so I used about 1/4 of it is whole wheat flour. I love the fact that you have to refridgerate it :) It is really good, and sweet, except I do not taste any lemon. None.. well except in one of the 5 cookies I have had so far. They came out soft, and the texture of the dough is really good, but I wish they were harder.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
These are the BEST sugar cookies ever! Well... at least from the ones I have had. I made them to bring to camp with me, and I wanted to save them for night, but there was like 5 left then, I brought about 30 with me too. Although some of them crumbled me and my one friend ate all of the crumbs! Yum those were good. Also, the inside is nice and soft, and the outisde is hard which is good. I rolled mine in coloured sugar in creative colours and the red didn't taste good. These were GOOD!

Easy Sugar Cookies
Good Cookies! I found that they cook best at 9-10 Minutes. They are crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. I made them with my little cousin, great recipe to work with kids. I had about two batches. About 2 cms apart is good. Although the cookies are a tad plain, and I can taste the butter.
