My husbank and I did not like this stew. It was cold and snowy today so I thought stew sounded good. I had everything for this recipe except the peas. Next time I will stick to a traditional stew that includes tomatoes. We just didn't like the flavor or texture - too mushy.

I will not make this again. The taste was just ok but the appearance was not at all appealing. I cut the s/p to 1 tsp each. After 40 min at 390 degrees, the chicken was still very red. Same thing after another 20 min. I turned the heat to 425 and baked another 30 minutes. My husband said he would not want it again and he loves chicken.

Very good, fast and easy. I looked for a way to use up leftover cranberry sauce and since I had everything needed for this recipe, decided to try it. Wow. I will make it even when I don't have leftover cranberry sauce.
