Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

I give it 4 stars for what it is, but really the chicken (though juicy) wasn't very flavorful. Maybe I was wanting something more along the lines of crispy breaded chicken.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

This recipe is great, but I had a bit of a disaster with it, as I bought 3 lbs. of ribs with the bone in. By the time it comes to adding the bbq sauce, they're super juicy, and the bbq sauce doesn't stick at all to the meat, which you have to eat off the bone or spend too long cutting it off. Not the same. Be sure to use BONELESS ribs, so that the meat can shred like it should, and not be so juicy that all the flavorful drippings slide right off!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

I loved it, and so did our guests and kids. I tried it with an oreo crust, and graham cracker crust. I highly recommend the graham cracker crust, as the other just leaves you wondering what that flavor combination is as you eat it.

Homemade Vanilla Pudding

I use this pudding as a base for rice pudding. It is fabulous with about 1 cup of cooked rice, which is added after the pudding is completely made, allowing it to sit together for a few minutes on the stove, then in the fridge. To flavor it I usually put in 1 cup of chocolate chips, or whatever other flavorings I've got around (raspberries/strawberries/cinnamon) added during cooking make a wonderful flavor pudding. This is my version of Pudding on the Rice, a popular dessert chain.

Easy Chicken Alfredo II

I make this sauce often, and have enjoyed it from the beginning. It goes without saying that it's delicious on any type of pasta, and is a much healthier alternative than creamier sauces.

Cherry Cheesecake

My husband and I ate this pie every night for a several nights, it was so delicious. I didn't have the whole amount of lemon juice, and it was still delicious (I probably only had 2 Tbs). I put it in the fridge for only 2 hours or so, and then froze it for the last 30 minutes, and it worked beautifully. It wasn't totally stiff like other cheese cakes, but who cares about that when it's so unbelievably good?

Veronica's Apple Pancakes

Very delicious, and filling. One recipe filled up two adults and two kids, with 2 or so left over. It was slightly bland, but I'd rather it be bland with less sugar than super sweet like others that I've made.
