BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
This recipe is great, but I had a bit of a disaster with it, as I bought 3 lbs. of ribs with the bone in. By the time it comes to adding the bbq sauce, they're super juicy, and the bbq sauce doesn't stick at all to the meat, which you have to eat off the bone or spend too long cutting it off. Not the same. Be sure to use BONELESS ribs, so that the meat can shred like it should, and not be so juicy that all the flavorful drippings slide right off!
