Country Apple Dumplings

Instead of pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving desert I made these. They were incredibly delicious. I used half the sugar and butter that the recipe called for and they turned out perfect!!!

Cornbread Casserole

I never have to much luck with pork roasts for some reason but this one turned out real tender and juicy. Before serving I pulled it apart into big chunky pieces and threw it in the oven with some bbq sauce to perk the flavor up at bit. My husband really liked it and he is not a big pork fan.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was so easy and very delicous. I added diced carrots and celery and a can of cream of celery soup instead of two cream of chicken and only one can of bisquits and I would recommend to cook the bisquits for an hour or more. This is a keeper!!
