It is a great cornbread. I prolly will not make it again. It is too dense for my tastes. However it is a lot closer to the way my grandma made cornbread then I have found other places. I was more looking for an airy cornbread this deff was not it.

This was amazing! Simple and taste wonderful. However next time I think I am going to add apples to it just to change it up a bit. I will be making this again this week for a company pot luck.

This was an ok recipes. I would recommend it more for a breakfast dish then a dinner or lunch dish. My 4 year old loved it and it wasn't horrible. It was more like a Broccoli Cheddar omelet then a casserole. I will make this again I will just not be making it for Easter dinner again. It need a bit more seasonind so I added a mixture of my favorites to it. I added a lil garlic and I didn't have heavy cream on hand so I used whole milk. And I also used frozen broccoli which worked just fine. I am sure it cut the cooking time down. I also cooked it at 400 degrees in a large glass dish and it took like 30 mins instead of 45. Good for the most part!
