Brown Bean Chowder
Only complaint and it is probably my own fault is that this was a smidge too salty. However I used canned beans so next time I will go with the dired pinto beans and hopefully this will resolve the salt issue. This was still really good.

Blueberry Cream Muffins
These were okay. The recipe for "To Die For Blueberry Muffins" is way better. I thought these would be moister and there wasn't enough blueberries in them per the recipe. I will be sticking with the "To Die For Blueberry Muffins" recipe also on this site.

Stuffed Pattypan Squash
It was okay - thought the kids would gobble this up but one didn't care for it and it was just so-so for the other. Probably wouldn't make again as it was a little time consuming for an okay meal.
