Rolled Flank Steak
Excellent flavor. I made this recipe exactly as directed, however, I found it to be a too salty. I don't know if it was the bacon or the soy sauce that caused it to be too salty. I plan on making this again and figuring it out! Thank you for the recipe!

Angel Chicken Pasta
Fabulous. This was easy to make and no adjustments are necessary. I added mushrooms into the dish just because I had some on hand, but it tastes great either way.

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks
This steak was ok. I found the balsamic vinegar to be a bit to harsh and overpowering. Next time I will only use half the amount. I did enjoy how the steak stayed very moist and did not dry out.
