Best Ever Banana Bread

This recipe was absolutely heart-warming. Everyone who ate it loved it a lot, especially myself. I substituted the pecans for 4 tablespoons of baking chocolate, and it was absolutely delicious. The melting chocolate mixed with the warm banana notes was extraordinary. I can't wait to make this again.

Roasted Potatoes with Greens

Wow. These are some of the most delicious potatoes I have ever eaten. This recipe was easy to make and rewarding. I followed the recipe with a few changes. Instead of small red potatoes, I used white, and I let them remain in the oven for an extra 5 minutes to give the inside a softer texture while still reserving a crispy skin. 5 stars, though. Absolute love.

Asparagus and Cashews

Delicious! I loved the subtle taste of ginger in the background. This is a truly great asparagus recipe. I wish I could have added the cashews, but unfortunately I didn't have any. Know that it still tastes great without them.

Baked Dijon Salmon

I absolutely adored this recipe, and so did everyone else. The bread crumbs were a really nice touch, and a new experience for my salmon cooking. Like most, I was shy with the Dijon Honey mixture, and will add more next time, but that isn't the recipes fault, it's mine. It was amazing, still. I used oranges as garnish, due to lack of lemons, and it was just as gorgeous, not to mention tasty. Excellent recipe!

I love this recipe! Everybody who ate it gobbled it up in no time. The marinade made the chicken taste blissful. I made this atop sushi rice, with a side of fresh green beans. I definitely recommend this dish.
