Black Friday Pie
Totally delicious. So easy. The best way to use leftovers ever. My 5 year old wants me to make it for her next birthday.

Shrimp Salad with Vinaigrette
Really good dressing; would go pefect with some focaccia bread.

Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower
What a great way to eat make cauliflower. I thought it tasted fantastic; I added some sliced carrots and some frozen brussel sprouts and some minced garlic. Would taste great without the additions too. My family wasn't as crazy about it as I was, but they are not vegetable fans like I am.
