Rosemary Pork Roast
Wonderful. My entire family loved it, kids included. I too used smaller portions of all the ingredients, and it was easy, tasted great, and juicy. Definitely added to my repitoire.

Hawaiian Chicken II
Used half of the brown sugar required and added pineapple chunks. It was fabulous and went over great at my other-in-law's birthday dinner.
