Chicken Pot Pie I

This was fantastic! This is the second time that I have made it and it was even better this time. I only used 1 can of soup and added a bit of half and half. I also added sauted onions and garlic and garlic and onion power, herbs de provonce and a little parmesan cheese and wow....it was amazing. This is definitely my new and simple pot pie recipe. Thank you!

Janine's Best Banana Bread

Wow! Is this ever fantastic! I added chocolate chips and a little cinamon and brown sugar and vanilla to the batter and even forgot to mix in the banana's until the end and it was still.....sheer perfection.

Butterscotch Bread Pudding

This was ok. I have made bread puddings before that were nothing fantastic and I thought that maybe the added butterscotch chips would help but it was still just ok.

Orange Vinaigrette

This is amazing! I used it on a pasta salad and added a bit of cilantro. Loved it and will use it for added flavor to a variety of recipes.

Orange Cilantro Rice

This was pretty good. I love cilantro so anything that I can add that to in my book is great. I did also have to cook it about 8 minutes longer as the rice was still hard and I had to add extra orange juice. Definitely tasty!

Kelly's Butterscotch Pudding

I did as others said and used dark brown sugar and it still tasted nothing like butterscotch. It had a pleasing taste but I will not make again.

I have made a recipe very similar to this years ago and had misplaced it. This was very close but not quite the same. Definitely way too much pepper. A quarter teaspoon would have been plenty

Golden Sweet Cornbread

This was pretty good but was not well received by the rest of the family. I think mostly because they just do not like the grainy texture. It was very sweet and more like a cake than any cornbread I have ever had.

Sugar Coated Pecans

These are gobbled up....each and every time. I do like to use a little less nuts as to make them extra coated and yummy. Love to add them also to salads. You will love them too....I guarantee it!

Sweet Banana Bread

This was just ok. I have had much better. I had some left over sugar coated pecans from this website and I crushed some of them and added them to a half package of cream cheese with a little added sugar and spread between a thick slice...cut in half of this bread and that way....it was very good.
