Clone of a Cinnabon
I didn't use a bread machine, but these were awesome. I made a batch for my parents' Sunday School class and had people waiting outside the door for class to end so they could get one.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts
Very good. In my first batch, I forgot to let them rise a second time and ended up with flat cookie-like doughnuts that tasted good, but weren't exactly "right".

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
A-mazing. My husband doesn't like cottage cheese, but loved these. I didn't use taco seasoning and seasoned the meat mixture myself.
