I've been married to Josh going on 4 years. We don't have kids, but have two awesome Schipperke dogs, Willis and Cricket. We are avid cyclists, and love the outdoors. Winters in Iowa are hard on us, but we get by thanks to movie theatres and the invention of Wii! I am really into marinades for grilling. My husband is a true carnivore, but I'm getting a little more fish into his diet, and he actually likes it! Not to toot my own horn, but I am a darn good baker! I don't bake too often, becuase we'd have to eat it then! For special occassions, my husband fixes "engagement chicken". It was a special dish he made for me the night he proposed. When it's my turn to make something special for Josh, he's easy. My special meatballs and spaghetti do the trick for him.
