Peanut Butter Bars I
These were beyond awesome, but we thought they could be improved with pretzel or with salt in the chocolate mixture for added crunch and contrast in flavor. Edit: I added 1 cup chopped pretzels on top - they were delicious. May add a caramel drizzle on top of the pretzel next.

Cookies 'n Cream Cake
Made this with doughnut glaze from "Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts" - turned out delicious, but would use more Oreos in the future.

Petra's Strawberry Shortcake
Awesome! I halved the cake height-wise and put it back in the pan, layering with strawberries, juice/syrup, and then the cream. Final product was AWESOME, and was better the second day..the layers soaked up the juices and cream beautifully - I would definitely not substitute storebought whipped cream for the homemade stuff in this recipe!
