15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme

OUTSTANDING! I MADE THIS FOR A 'DRESS DOWN SUNDAY DINNER'. I SKIPPED THE LETTUCE - TOO MESSY. I ADDED THE CHEESE AND SALSA AND PUT THE COVER BACK ON THE HOT BURNER (TURNED OFF) TO LET IT MELT. THEN I FOLDED THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SERVED W/TORTILLA CHIPS. WE SCOOPED A BIG SCOOP ONTO OUR SANDWICH PLATES AND WORKED FROM THERE. WHAT A TERRIFIC APPETIZER THIS WILL BE IN THE FUTURE. THANKS SO MUCH. IT'S GOING IN MY 5 STAR FILE.

Blueberry Sauce

I SERVED THIS WITH A NEW YORK CHEESECAKE I MADE, AND IT WAS THE PERFECT TOPPING. THEN I USED LEFTOVER SAUCE FOR WAFFLES A FEW DAYS LATER. I MICROWAVED IT FOR 40 SECONDS , AS IT HAS CONGEALED. IT WAS WARM AND STICKY AND TERRIFIC ON THE WAFFLES. THANKS FOR THE GREAT RECIPE

I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS THE VEAL I BOUGHT (CUT AT THE BUTCHERS0 OR IF I COOKED IT TOO LONG. THERE WAS NO MEAT LEFT, JUST BONES...ALL FAT..I' WILL NEVER BUY VEAL SHANKS AGAIN.

GREAT RECIPE. I LEFT OUT THE LAST CUP OF CREAM. DEFINITELY NOT NEEDED. OVERKILL. AND I FORGOT THE RECIPE CALLED FOR CHICKEN ALREADY COOKED, SO I JUST STIR-FRIED IT W/THE GARLIC AND ONION. NICE , QUICK, DELICIOUS. THANKS.

Southwestern Cauliflower and Ham Soup

this was delicious. and better yet, quick! i did have to boil the cauliflower for about 7-8 mins, tho, as i didn't want it 'grainy'. i used an infuser to blend right in the pot. i also used shredded monterey jack cheese. i will definitely make this again. thanks

Easy Polenta with Tomato Sauce

I'VE MADE POLENTA THE OLD ITALIAN WAY, STIRRING FOREVER, BUT THIS WAS WONDERFUL, AND MUCH BETTER TASTING WITH THE CHICKEN STOCK (I USED THE NEW SWANSONS STOCK , NOT BROTH, AND MILK. YOU DO NEED TO STIR THE FULL TIME SO IT ISN'T RUNNY. AND I ADDED SHREDDED MOZZARELLA ON TOP, BEFORE THE SAUCE. EASY PEASY AND MY ITALIAN HUBBY LOVED IT. THANKS!

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT AND VERY EASY RECIPE. JUST MAKE SURE YOU ADD SALT & PEPPER , AND I ADDED A SMALL AMT OF SHREDDED CHEDDAR TO THE INDIVIDUAL SERVING BOWLS. IT WAS SNOWING AND THE FIREPLACE WAS ROARING, AND MY EAGLES LOST.... ):
