15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme
OUTSTANDING! I MADE THIS FOR A 'DRESS DOWN SUNDAY DINNER'. I SKIPPED THE LETTUCE - TOO MESSY. I ADDED THE CHEESE AND SALSA AND PUT THE COVER BACK ON THE HOT BURNER (TURNED OFF) TO LET IT MELT. THEN I FOLDED THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SERVED W/TORTILLA CHIPS. WE SCOOPED A BIG SCOOP ONTO OUR SANDWICH PLATES AND WORKED FROM THERE. WHAT A TERRIFIC APPETIZER THIS WILL BE IN THE FUTURE. THANKS SO MUCH. IT'S GOING IN MY 5 STAR FILE.

Blueberry Sauce
I SERVED THIS WITH A NEW YORK CHEESECAKE I MADE, AND IT WAS THE PERFECT TOPPING. THEN I USED LEFTOVER SAUCE FOR WAFFLES A FEW DAYS LATER. I MICROWAVED IT FOR 40 SECONDS , AS IT HAS CONGEALED. IT WAS WARM AND STICKY AND TERRIFIC ON THE WAFFLES. THANKS FOR THE GREAT RECIPE

Traditional Osso Buco
I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS THE VEAL I BOUGHT (CUT AT THE BUTCHERS0 OR IF I COOKED IT TOO LONG. THERE WAS NO MEAT LEFT, JUST BONES...ALL FAT..I' WILL NEVER BUY VEAL SHANKS AGAIN.
