Banana Cranberry Muffins
Substituted equal parts butter for shortening and added chopped crystallized ginger omitting the nuts. These were so moist! Will make these again and again.

Chutney Chicken
I was a little nervous but this was great. I used low sodium soup mix and a jar of chutney I found in the pantry with some crushed pepper added as others suggested. Surprisingly good and easy!

Garlic Chicken
This was easy, delicious and very moist. Chicken was cooked perfectly exactly as instructed. Only change I made was using meyer lemon olive oil. YUM!
