Pancake and Waffle Mix
I also live in higher altitude Colorado. I was looking for a recipe with which to make frozen waffles for my grandchildren. This is it! Makes beautiful rectangular waffles all ready to freeze. The grandchildren pop them in the toaster, and these waffles are perfect!

High-Altitude Angel Food Cake
Wonderful recipe! I live in Loveland, Colorado, on the front range of the Rockies. I have never had angel food cake made from scratch turn out for me. This one was perfect and Yummy! I used almond extract in place of orange and it was soooooooooooo good.
