About this Cook
I am duth, and I love the dutch junk food (kroketten , frikadellen) but since I can't have that here in amerika, I'm not too tempted to eat junk food (does pizza count as junk food?) for most of my life I couldn't care less about cooking, but since I met my husband (he loves to cook) I now take an interest in cooking and spoiling my hubby
My favorite things to cook
casseroles, breads,italian, chinese and indonesian
My favorite family cooking traditions
my mom is an awesome cook, she always brings a healthy, nutricious and tasy meal to the table, it seems like it is second nature to her. If I could only be half as good as my mom I'd be happy
My cooking triumphs
the spaghetti sauce that my hubby and I put together with whatever we had on hand, and it was sooooo good, I had to submit the recipe
My cooking tragedies
there's so many of those, I don't even know where to start

The Best Meatloaf
really love this meatloaf recipe, the heinz 57 and onions and bell pepper gave it a really nice flavor, I used italian seasoned breadcrumbs, cause that's what I had on hand, other then that followed the recipe to the T, will be making this many more times! thanks for sharing!
