Tropical Grilled Pork Chops
My family and I loved these pork chops. I will definitely be making this again. I did cheat and use Newman's Mango Salsa instead of cutting up mango, and added it to the vinegar, soy and sugar. It was terrific.

Artichoke Chicken
The only thing that was great about this dish was the smell of it cooking. However it was very bland. I have made a similar baked artichoke dip that is excellent with French bread, but not on chicken. Sorry.

Baked Pork Chops I
This was pretty good for baked pork chops. I used thin boneless chops and cooked in olive oil on med/high until brown. I baked for 20 and then added the mushroom (Cambell's Select Portobello Mushroom soup) and wine sauce..cooked another 30 minutes. The breading was soggy of course, but still tasty. Served with egg noodles and butter.
